1. Returns & Exchanges:

• Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days after receiving the returned product.
   

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be refunded.

• Sale items or products marked “non-refundable” are excluded.
   

4. Shipping Charges:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
   

5. Defective Products:

• In case of defective or damaged products, Ecoreethi will replace the item at no extra cost.
